Founder - Rev. Dr. A. Isaiah

Rev. Dr. A. Isaiah is the Founder and President of Premalaya Social Development Society (PSDS), established in 1994. Driven by a deep commitment to justice and human dignity, he envisioned an organization that would serve those living on the margins of society — including the rural and urban poor, marginalized communities, women, children, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.

With a strong focus on grassroots engagement, Rev. Dr. A. Isaiah led Premalaya's early work to respond to pressing needs in underserved rural and urban communities across India. What began as a small, locally rooted initiative has grown into a sustained mission of care and empowerment, built on the belief that long-term solutions are more effective than short-term relief.

Under his leadership, Premalaya has expanded its work in education, healthcare, women's empowerment, child protection, and relief operations. His approach remains community-centered and inclusive, guided by the conviction that every person deserves dignity, equality, and the opportunity to live with hope and self-respect.
